HOLIDAY CAMPS:
A whole club camp is held during each school holiday offering half or whole days of gymnastics based activities to club members and non-members.
No previous experience is required, participants are invited regardless of age and ability.

- Trampolining
- Cart wheel workshops
- New skills – Handsprings / Back flicks
- Cheer leading
- Hand apparatus skills – Skipping / Balls / Ribbons
- Team building
- Fitness training (conditioning)
- Basic anatomy
- Gymnastic terminology
- Badge work on special “Badge Days”
- Circus skills
- Street dance and Ballet workshops
We also do special theme days in the holidays including:
- Easter egg hunt day
- Gladiators day
- Spooky sport day
- Treasure’s got Talent day
- Inter- club camp training with gymnasts from other clubs
